The wide range of suspended ceilings we can supply extends to health and education buildings, hotels, entertainment, leisure, prestigious and general offices.
We have been fitting suspended ceilings for many years and have experience in fitting various different types.
There are various types of frameworks available and different fire rating and acoustic solutions depending on your requirements.
For general use in offices and showrooms where fire ratings and/or feature ceilings are important.
Plasterboard ceilings use a metal framework with a plasterboard finish. There are various options for plasterboards depending on the required fire rating or acoustic requirement.
Often if this type of ceiling is being used under a timber floor a higher fire rating will be required. If sound proofing is required we can install acoustic insulation to the ceiling void.
This are one of the most common types of ceilings we offer. You may have seen them in offices, schools or shops you have visited. They are a basic metal frame in a grid with ceiling tiles. The grid size is usually 24mm or 15mm. Ceiling tiles come in various sizes but are generally 600mmx600mm or 600mmx1200mm.
Depending on which tile you use they are available with various fire rating, different acoustic options and different moisture resistant properties.
For general office use, particularly where aesthetics and clean room environments are important.
Similar to a grid ceiling, metal ceilings can either use a grid with either 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 600mm tiles. They often have a concealed grid to suit various tile sizes.
When it comes to different options for suspended ceilings there are various types of materials which can be used. You can select the fire rating, acoustic requirements and moisture resistance you require for your building standards.
We also offer a range of acoustic baffles to help the acoustics within a room.
Acoustic baffles and rafts now come in timber and metal as well as painted rockwool finish for aesthetic purposes. They are becoming increasing popular for their aesthetics as well as their functionality.
All ceilings are installed by trained personnel and to the manufacturers recommendations.
Lighting systems are usually integrated in the ceiling and we ensure the correct lighting levels are achieved throughout.
