Lexus Showroom


The brief

Tapper Interiors were appointed as main contractor to carry out a complete internal refurbishment of the showroom and offices. We also infilled an existing external canopy to house a new WC and Kitchen Area. The old WC’s and Kitchen were subsequently converted into an after sales and service area.

What we did

We worked closely with the dealership whilst they worked in temporary accommodation to ensure that their clients experienced minimal inconvenience.

How we made a difference

We accelerated the programme for the Showroom refurbishment from eight weeks to six and a half weeks, to ensure a critical Launch for Lexus Europe was carried out. We also revised the programme for the toilet and aftersales area working closely with the client to reduce the duration of this phase from 16 weeks to 12 weeks. This second programme reduction also ensured we completed in time for the launch date of a brand new model in the Lexus range.
